Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Important: No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria depending on the reason for the return:

Change of Mind / Cancellation: The item must be in its original condition, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Defective Products: The product may be opened but must include all original components and packaging. Defective products are also covered by the manufacturer's 1-year warranty.
Restocking Fees
Please note that opened products that are not defective may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, even with a restocking fee, specifically:

Opened Personal Care items: For hygiene reasons, Air Purifiers cannot be returned if the filter packaging has been opened or the seal broken, unless the unit is defective.

Gift cards.
Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective Products or Errors by Us: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Change of Mind / Customer Error: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must first contact us at hello@sharpconsumer.ca to obtain your RMA number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
